Yet another great dystopian novel! James Patterson knocked it out of the park with this series!
I’ll admit I’m a James Patterson skeptic, he’s got a lot of ghost writers these days and some of his novels have suffered. This is not one of them! I like to think this was written before his ghost writer stage but I’m really not sure.
None-the-less, this is a great young adult series. The plot has fantasy elements, however it feels extremely realistic. Whether it’s due to the main characters or the extremely well thought out plot, I’ll never know, most likely both. With that said, I cannot stress how good these books are! Look them up!
